When you ask about a truck, try to list all the information so we don't have to guess.
Some companies are still offering kits around the 4in range. Skyjacker, Rough Country, etc still have the kit you would need.
These Rangers have been lifted since they hit the streets. So shop around and take your pick.

its really not that bad. i lifted my 85 by myself in and weekend with the help of only a floor jack and jack stands. if you buy a good quality kit itll come with all you need and good instructions. if you want 4" get the tuff country, its the best kit for your money. if you want 6" go with skyjacker (only because tuff country doesnt come in 6")

first off how hard do you want to wheel this truck, high high do you want to go, what tire size you planning on running, bl or no bl, how much flex do you want
for the price of a skyjacker you can build your lift that will out perform theres for half the price
