P0231 Fuel Pump Relay Driver Circuit Failure
You may have triggered the fuel pump inertia cutoff switch. Have you hit anything abruptly recently? Open the passenger door, and look by the lower right corner of the outside of the glove box, on the side there should be a push button switch with a fuel pump inertia label on it. See if that doesnt fix your problem.
