Unless someone else jumps in here with better info, you may want to look thru the pictures at autohobbypage.com. I don't recall ever seeing anything like what you're describing and there aren't that many of us in the '47 and older club.
If you do find something on it, wouldn't mind if you'd post a photo in this site so I could see it.
Ford Motors has a wonderful archive setup on line and if that doesn't help they can do a lot of your research for you on the history and origin of your passenger wagon. It may have been built by an aftermarket coachbuilder, especially if some of the framing around the windows is wood.
According to the Ford Trucks Since 1905 book, it was the Briggs Manufacturing Company's LeBaron Devision that converted the Sedan Delivery body to the side quarter windowed version. ( Sorry, no actual name given for modification. ) I've seen one that was in the midst of being rodded and had a factory rear door. Does yours? I guess it was an option. It does not say how many were built, but being $115 over stock sedan delivery price in 1933 ( only reference in book ), I would guess it is rather rare. As for posting pictures, I don't recall 100% but, get the picture on your comp. screen and Right click it with the mouse and Cut. Start a gallery and where it says add pictures ( don't quote me on add pictures, it's been a little while ) Right click your mouse and paste. Hope that helps.
