Door Ajar?????
I did a search and couldn't find it, but maybe its something I can remedy before I take it to the dealership. The truck is an 06 supercab 4x4 5.4 XLT.
Just recently the little red light on the dash that lets you know a door is open stays on and the little display say's "Door Ajar" The doors are shut, and I also noticed that the button on the door to lock/unlock doesn't work anymore. What could this be, a fuse? I really don't want to take the time to go to the dealer, so I thought maybe someone had a problem like this and could help. Thanks in advance!

Holy smokes, is that problem still around?
Don't know if this is accurate for an '06 F-150, but older model Fords have a little pin switch under the latching mechanism inside the door that gets gummy and sticks in, throwing up the door ajar message when the doors are in fact latched. The message goes away if the little pin finally decides to pop out.
Take the inside door panel off, and see if you can follow a wire up to the latching mechanism. Old switches have a little tab on them that has to be pressed in before the switch can be rotated 90 degrees and removed. This might be a real pain, but once you've done it one time, it's only easier the next time. You can then either replace them with a new one, or try cleaning and re-lubricating the old ones. I keep cleaning mine every 3-4 years. They crapped out when the truck was fairly new too.
For the lock/unlock switch, the contacts inside may be dirty. I can fix mine by just flipping the switch back and forth like mad to clean them up. A new switch is probably not real expensive, but that's just a guess.

Well, I was cleaning out the truck today thinking is was going to the dealer on monday, and I figured, what the heck, I'll check the fuse to the door locks and see if it is ok. I pulled it out and it came out real easy, quick check with a meter and the fuse reads ok. Weird.
When I put the fuse back in, it went in as far as the others, before it was sticking out a little. I am guessing it wiggled loose and cause the problem. Not sure, but everything checks out ok now. Who would have thought.
I figured I would post this in case anyone ever has this problem they might be able to find a quick fix like I did, amazing. Thanks again for everyones help.
