Hi guys thats Army slang for New Ugly Guy. Got a 2004 Excursion 6.0 , the door open indicator light won't turn off. Checked all the sensors all connected, push the lock buton on the remote and I get 2 beeps from the horn that indicates that there is a door open, but there is not. Any one got any ideas on where to go from here.

mine does this all the time, it's the rear barn doors and lift gate(mine at least). I have to get out open all three then close them forcefully--don't want to say slam, would never want to abuse the truck! try it and see if the light goes off. I think it the sensor in the rear doors, bad design or something.
Hello Gentlemen
This problem comes to me every winter with dirt in the rear.
Spray WD40 to the lower black female sensors of the doors, use a lot of it. It works. For a while.
