'41 3-Ton: Help Needed to Source Parts

In the process of working on a 1941 Ford 3 Ton truck, and I would appreciate some help in sourcing some vendors/suppliers for the following:

Wheel Cylinders
Brake Pads
Starter

Any and all help is appreciated.

First, welcome to the boards!
On the brake shoes, you could get the originals relined, you will have to find a shop specializing in brakes (not the chain type places), or even check with a shop that does big rigs, some of those trucks still use drums. I'm not sure I have seen places selling the brakes shoes for the bigger Fords.
The wheel cylinders are hard to find. I think Mac's Antique Auto in NY lists parts for the 1.5 and bigger trucks, might check them for replacements or rebuild kits. Rebuilding a cylinder is pretty easy, as long as the originals aren't heavily scored. I also hear of a place called Job Lot. I haven't dealt with them myself, but have seen others mention them here and they have some of the big truck stuff.
The starter should be a standard '41 starter, shouldn't be any different on the bigger trucks. If you have a starter you can always find a shop in the yellow pages to rebuild them. I have rebuilt my starters for my flatheads, and they work great. But if you don't have a starter, then the above mentioned Mac's Auto will have them, as well as other antique Ford shops.
