I bought a 47 1.5 ton and its in pieces. I was looking for someone I could email pictures and get some help on part identification, or if someone has already done a restoration...what they have done right or wrong.
Hello Brian! Welcome to FTE! I hope you enjoy this site and find it very useful.
I guess if you could email them to me and/or someone else or even post them in your own gallery. There's a forum for help on setting up a gallery but we'll be glad to answer any questions here.
Due to security issues we can't post email addresses inside the forum, but if you click on a users name above the post you can choose to email or pm the person (if they don't have it turned off).
I will say that with the few years of experience that I have, take your time and do it right the first time. Well I gotta go. Good luck!
I can help you as best I can. The 1/2 and 1 ton 42-47's are my thing, but I'll help you with your truck as much as I can. Post your questions and I, or another person here will help you out.
