Hey all, my blower resister is bad in the front unit. Where Can I find the resister?

Thanks

If I am thinking of the same part (for the fan speeds)? It is located on the firewall to the right just below the evaporator and next to the blower motor.

I have a 2000 and my second speed setting wasn't working. I went into Autozone and they had one for about 20-25 dollars. It was easy to replace and only has two small screws holding it in along with the plug on it. If I remember right it is a white plug and right behind/below the accumulator in the air box. I had to move the blower motor vent hose to on side (to get my hand and a small ratchet in there.

Good luck

REPS! Great reply.

FWIW, auto HVAC resistors are always in the airstream right after the blower fan.
