cb radio installation
I have a 2000 F150 and just got a CB radio, need some help with installation. it doesnt have any instructions just wondering if anybody got any info, would be appreciated. Thanks

Most CB's just need power, ground, and an antenna to work. Mounting it is up to you and your imagination, and what brakets it came with. Check out and truck stops near you, they may have some other mounting options for you, hump mount maybe. Power and ground... you can get a cig plug or hardwire it to the fuse panel or ignition harness. The antenna is where it really makes a difference. What did you get? Glass mount (sucks) just stick it on and run the wires. Best is little magnet mount up on the roof, Wilson makes some good ones. Or if you want something to blend in more with the truck, mirror mounts, bed mounts, fender mounts... again, check your truck stop or here... Walcott CB
