Anybody know where I can get new brake hose clips? The ones where the hard line goes through a bracket and connects to the rubber hose. When taking off the old ones, they were really 'fragile' and now they're broken. I've gone to the local parts stores and they tell me to go to the dealer. I go to a dealer and they tell me to go to the help section in pep boys. Well, I can't find those dumb little clips anywere. Anyone have any ideas (online stores or other)?
Well, I guess it's all in who you ask. I finally found the clips. They weren't in the help section. They were behind the counter at Advance Auto. The older guy at the parts counter said they wouldn't be on the shelf, and he couldn't find them in the computer, but was somehow able to 'remember' the part number and found them for me... That was my first time in Advance (there's a pep boys 3 miles from my house, and Advance is 8 miles), but I think that I've found a new parts store.

i like both stores and auto zone but if you ae in mass dont shop at cunsumer auto parts (AKA CAP) some parts you will get riped off on if you dont call around or they will give you the wrong part i have had this happen to me plenty of times with differant vechiles and friends of mine too
