Wink Fouling Injector?
My Truck Always Smokes When I Start It. Not Full Smoke Either. It Is After A Few Pistons Hit Then I Get A Puff Of Smoke. It Is A Deisel. Is It A Fuel Injector Or What?

maybe a ring
had same problem, not a ford engine though. Turned out it was a broken ring. The color of the smoke was blue. Compression test showed low compression. squirted some oil into the cylinder and compression came right up. This indicated a broken ring. Turned out one piston had a broken ring land and the other piston had a stuck ring. Worth a try.
