Dana 70 Question

How tight should the Spanner nuts be set on a 1984 Dana 70 Dually rear end? Is there a tork setting? I pulled the axles and drums to check the brake pads, and Im not sure how tight to go when putting it back together. Is Just going by the feel when turning the drum ok, or is there a spec to go by?

I always tighten them by feel.
