89 F150 Transmission Slip till warm

89 F150 Transmission Slip till warm

I have a 1989 F150 with OD that now requires the transmision to be warmed up before moving. After it's warmed up it drives fine all day. Thought it was the bands, however wouldn't they slip all the time?

That worked great. Drained everything and refilled, works fine. Thanks again.
