I can't seem to fine the scanner prot on my 94 Ford E-150 van. I assume that it is under the hood. All I can fine is a spare EEC cover attached to a harness wire on the right side of the engine compartment by the battery. I hope someone can tell me where to look. Thank You

 

on my '94 e-350 the harness is under hood on drivers side fender near the front. little cover/ holder clipped near top edge of fender, harness was plugged into that.
