Well I just got my F-250 XL SC 8' 4x4 ordered. Went with std tranny (6spd), 3.73 Limited slip, and V-10 6.8L. This is definetly a very plain truck..........and will be by far the nicest this old man ever had. Don't even have a build date yet. I guess my taste in trucks is as out of touch as my taste with (music....is rap really music?) Anyway rest assured there wasn't anything like what I wanted sitting on a lot. Now if you wanted an XLT with PSD and auto trans. that was no problem. Would love to hear from anyone who is still silly enough to shift there own gears and get out to lock there hubs in.

 

Thats the only way I would take a new truck. At least you know the hubs are going to lock in when you need them.
