Take a look around my gallery. If you need me to take more pics let me know. It will work on 00+ emblems (not sure about 03) and some late 99's. If your's won't work you could always order new emblems and then it would be a snap, becuase you could acetone them before you put them on your rig.

I've had my truck since 6/98. I know it doesn't work on those cheap Triton V10 ones behind the turn signals but won't this work on the F250 SuperDuty badges right in front of the front doors. I've been workin on mine and damn what a PITA. I've gotten down to the shiny black but when does it end. My step dad works at an auto parts store and he asked the dealer who said something about being plastic w/ the chrome put on the lettering.... I kinda have a tiny blemish on mine that seems like it could be due to being plastic but i just keep rubbin. I started w/ q-tips now i'm using the tooth brush and fine steel wool. I just wanna have badging like the one's on these links! Do I need to order new ones all the way around or can I salvage the ones I'm workin on? Thanks for the help!!!!
From: I'm lost somewhere in NJ -- can someone please find me?!?!?!?
Acetone?
Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes to show off his truck pictures; in any case, the emblem looks sharp. I might even acetone my F-250 after seeing the zoom-in on yours.

tankhead...Yes you must have all early emblems. You will have to get new ones or from the bone yard. I would check on new ones so that way you know that this will work. Plus you can acetone them before you put them on.
