Most of the brake parts can be found if you look hard enough the exception being brake drums some of those are nearly extinct.

@Gthophase3 , I agree with @Crop Duster and hope the larger truck forum will help you more, but wanted to add that if you can download the Ford Master catalogs from Charp industries (not sure how to add a link but you can find in the thread "Lucy" post #15). The ones I downloaded are from '64 onwards but they do include schematics of nearly all the Ford trucks from the B series all the way through the WT series, and the F600 is among them.
