The VIN isn't going to get you brake info. You will need to pull wheels and see what width shoe you have. Drums are said to be not available.
F70 = F700 gas
F = 391 4V XD FT gas V8
V = Kentucky Truck plant
AH0435 = 1978 series number
NAPA online shows the other parts. You have to change the vehicle type to "Medium/Heavy" to get the larger truck info:

Thanks much! I have the rear brake shoes off and one is soaked in grease from a bad axle seal. They are 15x7 have the number FD70312 on it, Napa can't get any anyone have suggestions for locating these brakes?
