New Issue

Last week my local dealer came out to complete the S/W upload to fix the TRM recall (26V104) on my 2022 F150. Took the dude and 10 minutes. Immediately after he left, I went out to the truck and turned it on. I turned it on manually (press brake and push button), the truck was kinda all over the place. Climate control was on auto and full blast. I adjusted it and didn't think much of it. I turn it off go back in the house.

I come back out some time later and remote start. Turn turns on and I jump in the seat. Again, press brake, push button and I notice the AC is on. So now every time I start the truck (remotely or manual) the AC is ON. It's annoying.

I did a google search and found you can go under vehicle settings/climate control/remote start settings and choose "last settings default". Choose that. Made zero difference! Plus the AC turns on when I start either remotely or manually.

Anybody have any suggestions? I'm going to try to disconnect the battery,

Also, I called that deal and notified them. Said to bring it in and they may charge $250 to diagnose and 2 to 3 days.

No one? I must be lucky.

Disconnecting the battery did not fix the problem BTW.
