Fuel pump

Is it possible to install the fuel delivery module 180 degrees off in one of these trucks. I replaced the front module a while back and I'm thinking I may have installed it 180 off but would like to know if that is even possible before I open it up and check.

After thinking about it some, I don't think the fuel lines would have connected if it were reversed.

There's also a tang that indexes the module into the tank. It prevents it from rotating.
