Fuel pump module ?

I was just over at plowsite.com and saw a guy that has a 2016 6.2 gasser at the dealership for a fuel pump module. He states that this pump per the dealer is on national back order with a ETA of sometime in March. Has anyone heard of this problem? Is it common? If so, is it only restricted to the 2016 models?

Does this part go under the hood or inside the fuel tank?

Haha that is exactly why I was checking this section this morning. I had never heard of it either after reading that thread.
