Hi all!
I'm finally in the position to be able to work on a few needed repairs and a mod or two on my 97 F250.
I installed e-fuel yesterday, still chasing a fuel leak, but I've got a plan. While on fuel mods I need to drop the tanks to repair the pick-up tubes and was considering the Bronco 33 gal. or the F26E tank for the rear. Will my pick-up and sending unit physically fit the these tanks? I know I'll have to extend the sender to make the gauge read correctly and probably use spacers plus longer bolts for the tank pan.
With right at 300K on the clock I'm looking at replacing the HPOP next, turbo after and then injectors.
I'm not interested in big power, just a dependable daily driver. So far the e-fuel and air filter are the only mods.
Thanks all, Jeff

I would like to up size my rear tank to the 38 gallon. See link below it's a kit including the hardware. The sending unit will fit this kit just need to be extended. Plan on keeping my front tank for added capacity. Considering I only get 9 mpg while towing our camping trailer

Yeah, $225 isn't bad for the tank and mounting hardware, but add in the sender and sump it gets pricy quick.
I'm not towing much, but have access to wholesale fuel where my wife works, so it's nice to have that capacity.
Not a bad price in that fuel tank with sending unit. I went the "alternative" way and installed an 07 f350 C&C 38 gal fuel tank, some modification to one of the cross member to accommodate the larger tank and custom straps, but the fuel sending unit was a direct fit with fuel gauge reading to spec.
