The wife's 2025 Bronco Sport’s wheel well liners are coming off, don’t know who brilliant idea it was at Ford to use these instead of some ridged plastic liner to the wheel wells, but they stink. Took it to the dealer as the repair will be covered under warranty, but they just seem like a dumb idea for a vehicle that’s supposed to be an on/off road car. We only have a mile of dirt road in and out of our place and the car only has 2800 miles on it which is ridiculous for something to fail that soon. Talking to the dealer, they said it’s held on with clips, and they just repaired one for the same thing a coupe of days ago, so it’s sounding like it might have potential of being a common issue. Anyone else out there have this happen ? Is there a better aftermarket alternative out there that’s more solid ?
I can't help on the issue you have. I have the same stupid ones on my Ford Focus. I only have about a hundred yards of gravel/dirt. They are wet all winter on mine. Unless I park inside. We have lots of rain fron Oct-April.
They stay dirty and nasty. I am surprised they used them on a vehicle like the Bronco. They should be replaced under warranty.
