Man, knew I was forgetting something! Hello all, welcome to November( a day late)!! Huskers could be in trouble this month with their starting QB out. KC lost also, so sucky weekend of football for me!
Good morning, everyone! Just a bad weekend for sports, all around. Heartbreak for the football teams, for the blue jays, and for Denny Hamlin. I'm not much of a Denny fan, but that kinda hurt to watch that...
.....concrete this morning. Just a 5x10 pad for a propane tank to sit on. Should be easy enough but if there's anyone out there that wants to show me how it's done, I'm not opposed to that!
Good morning all, happy Thursday! Finishing up the outage on our first unit, the second one starts Saturday. Hopefully that outage is done by Thanksgiving! Waiting for the building inspector to check the wiring to the building, then OPPD guys can come and set the meter. Talking with my boys about getting the landscaping done also. Progress!

Pat...how 'bout them Pats...no team in the NFL has a better record.
Yeah, nice having a QB that can play! My daughter in law is certainly happy, she's a Pat's fan also!
Good morning, everyone! Off and at it already today. About a month or so ago my 3 year old freezer quit on me and Menards wouldn't stand behind it so it's just been hanging out in the garage. Couldn't find anyone to fix it, either. Put in on FB for free just to see if I could get away with not having to pay to throw it out. Some guy from Oklahoma just messaged me that he's in the area and he'd take it. Yeah, right... He literally just pulled up with four other freezers on a trailer to pick up mine. Guess he's a traveling USDA feedlot auditor working around here right now and his side gig is in taxidermy apparently. The broken freezers are a perfect home for his flesh eating beetles to clean off animal skulls... Hope I don't see this guy on True Crime or 20/20 in a couple of months...

Once the truck showed up 2 hours late, it wasn't bad at all. I even went there about an hour early to prepare and wait for the truck just in case it was early. My morning and early afternoon was pretty much shot by then. I didn't do a perfect job with finishing it but it doesn't need to look pretty anyway for what it's doing. I'll go check on it later and see if any critters left tracks in it.

It definitely helps having the easiest schedule in the NFL.

A little slow but a lot going on with Pats new shop, Husker football, Husker Volleyball and new business ventures for some. me I'm just sitting down here in Yuma taking in the sun and getting things setup for the winter.
Good morning all, happy Monday! Ended up working all weekend. Ug. Pretty happy with the win Saturday night, TJ looked good. Granted, against one of the worst defenses in the Big 10, but it was a good game for him and Emmet. Penn State will really tell how good he is.
Good morning, everyone! Still lining up work for my truck, which it sounds like I have a job on Wednesday morning. Thank goodness because the last week of no work has been making me nervous. Still staying productive if I can't be profitable, though. Working hard to get my garage finished before Pat does! I'm probably about 80% done with the insulation then I can start hanging plywood. Gotta get the wife's dead Charger out of the way to do the last wall. She doesn't want to drive it but doesn't want to sell it. I can't talk her into doing anything. Guess that just proves me right for leaving a career in sales...
It sounds like the Huskers did well on Saturday night. Honestly, I fell asleep somewhere in the 3rd quarter. Don't know what happened to my old night owl self. I'll just blame it on parenthood. At least I was 8-3 for potty training this weekend!
