The 7.3 has a two section lower radiator hose. The section that connects to the the overflow tank and the lower engine intake looks to me almost impossible to remove and replace. (number 8 in diagram) A hose clamp on the engine throat is slightly visible but seems almost inaccessible. Maybe the alternator or belts need to be removed to get at it, I'm not sure. Has anyone (besides a dealer) replaced this sucker, and how did you do it?
