Upper Radiator Hose?

Quick question. Is your upper radiator hose semi-flat when your engine is completely cold? 2015 6.7

The 2019 F450 I used to have did that and now the 2015 F350 6.7L I have does the same when it gets colder out.

Speakerfritz, thanks for the response.

Currently, my coolant system is completely drained.
I had a coolant leak develop on the supply line to the turbo that I'm in the middle of fixing right now. Just trying to figure out if it needs to be replaced now while the radiator is drained.

Thanks again.

If your hose is collapsing like that, replace your coolant reservoir cap. Your system is pulling a vacuum when its cooling down. Not normal per se
