Very cool. I always wondered if a ZF E-350 existed. Is that what’s you got in there? How does the stick sit on the interior? Did you have to extend the stick shift? Similarly, are the foot controls cramped wthe the clutch pedal being added? I would love to see how it all finished out.
Also, I’m not seeing the wheel well boxes. Are you accessible from the outside? Lookin real awesome so far can’t wait to see what you do with this lunchbox

Had to trim the cup holder section of the doghouse to fit the tranny shifter (going convert to short throw).. with the lift just used the fender well dead space to expand floor/firewall for clutch pedal. fabbed up a sheet metal flat extension of the floor.. .. the tool boxes are off the shelf steel chassis mount toolboxes 30x14x14 which will be outside access... I'll take interior pics once I sort out the Zada Tech electronic sensor package which will display on the 12" stereo screen.. Cheers
Did you install yourself or have it done somewhere?
Does it have an interlock that keeps it from engaging while 4WD is engaged?
the ZF5 & Gear Vendors I picked up as a unit on craigslist for $2500.. originally i bought a zf6 kit but the seller sent a 2wd unit.. ugh. yes there is an proximity sensor on the manual transfer case which has to be closed to actuator the GVOD.. I did the design work and a local builder in Billings did the install while doing the 4x4 swap..
