Changing front housing, what else while I'm in there???
I have a 2016 f150 coyote that I'm putting in a '70 F100 project truck. The f150 front housing is incompatible with the power steering rack, the alternator hits it, so installing a mustang front housing. This engine has 80k(?) Miles on it, as I'm told. Was pulled in 2019 so I assume a lot of highway miles. What elseshould I do while it's apart? Timing chain tensioner, cam sensors, ...? As far as i know it ran well when removed.
