2020 Escape failed AWD Module
So just had the wife's 2020 Escape at the dealership with all kinds of lights on the dashboard. When we went in, they said the battery was bad and causing the lights to come on, hill assist not working, awd fault, pre-collision not available. Well they sold us a battery and reset the lights and the next day all the lights were back. Now it took an additional week to get it back in and they replaced the AWD Module and we had to pay for the battery and then dor the Module. Thank goodness she has an extended warranty so it was only $100. With that being said, I saw CSP 21B19 that was for replacing the AWD Module in 2020 ford escapes. I would think that since this is a known issue that it would have been covered, and I feel that we put in a Battery before it was really needed.
What do you think? I think I am going to try and contact Ford and see if I can get my $100 back at least.

That Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) has a very small date range - like just over 2 weeks - for vehicles which may be why fe390pc was denied coverage. If you want to view the symptoms, date range, and remedy, you can find the details here.
