Selling a deleted truck

Hello out there!
I have a 2008 F350 Lariat 4WD 6.4 that I have to sell. Hate to but it must be done financially. The truck has 105k miles and is in good shape but its been fully deleted at 91K miles. My question is, how to advertise in the private market disclosing it is deleted...is there any risk the EPA will track me down from the ad or do I just put it out there. Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
