back window leaking

Can you remove back window without removing the trim?
I will check that brake light first. It's leaking on the top ds, looks like some rust spots too. I'm guessing i will have to do some rust repairs. Can you remove back window without removing the trim?

No, the trim needs to come off to pull the window. The trim is just that, trim, all it does is 'prevent' buildup around the actual sealant. It should just pop out without breaking.
To remove the window you'll need to cut/remove the sealant.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this job, find a reputable windshield shop. They should be able to R&R this in an hour or so, likely for less than $200. Note that you don't want to use plain silicone, the only thing holding that window in place IS the sealant.

If you're referring to interior trim pieces, you don't have to pull those to pull the rear window AFAIK. It's basically a piece of rubber stripping that should peel right out if you have the tool to get it started.

I think there may be some confusion here; this is the Super Duty subforum, and your sig. lists an F150. If talking about the F150, then yes, the trim has to come off to get the window out. On my old F150 SCrew the trim had threaded posts that were secure with nuts inside the cab. Once you get that trim off, you'll have to cut through the butyl to get the window loose (I think there are nuts holding it in place too).
If you do have a Super Duty, it might depend on the year. Earlier Super Duties have a rubber gasket that holds the window in place, and it's just a matter of having the tools to get it peeled out (sometimes it's just a matter of pushing if you know the technique to do it).

Maybe a mod can move this.
I think (?) the supercab rear window is secured very similar if not the same as the supercrew if I remember right. You cannot remove or reseal the window without taking that trim off. It's not hard to do; just need to remove some of the inside trim to get to the fasteners. There are probably YouTube videos on it if you search.
