08 F250 Whine under driver side dash
I have a weird whining noise under the drivers side dash down towards my feet. It only does it when the heat or AC is on, and it’ll only blow from the dash vents, no matter what it’s set on. I assume it’s related. Anybody got any idea what it might be?

Sounds like the mode door motor is bad, if the gears in it stripped out, the little motor in it would spin constantly as the AC controls are trying to move the door, I would start with checking that, should be able to put your hand on it and feel if it’s running and not moving.
