Knocking under dash???
OK, just got back from an evening of hunting, and on the washboard roads I could hear and almost feel a knocking somewhere under the dash near the top by the windshield more to the passenger side. Has anyone heard this, or have this annoying noise too? Seems to only happen whenever the road is rough. It felt like you could almost feel it between the defroster vents. Any help on what this could possibly be and how to fix it would be appreciated.

Sure it's not comming from a front end component? When my drag link went bad it felt as if the knock was coming from the center of the firewall.
