White smoke but no bubbles
Hey y’all so I went to start my engine (292) the other morning to enjoy the 70 degree weather, and as soon as I started the engine white smoke came straight out of the exhaust, and only grew as the engine got warmer. I turned the engine off and popped the radiator cap (it wasn’t too hot) and fluid came spilling out. I kept the cap off and when I ran the car there was no bubbles, as well as no oil mixing in with coolant. As I recall, leaks in the head gasket/block cause air bubbles and a mix of oil and coolant. Could this be a thermostat issue? Or something else I haven’t considered. Thanks
