I will kick off this thread with my go to pulled pork recipe.
It’s a Cajun style, not Cajun in a Hot/ Spicy way, but Cajun flavours.
I have been smoking for 4hrs at 225°. I then place the pork roast in a 9x13 baking pan with 1-1/2cups of either beef or chicken broth. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 250° for an additional 4 hrs. Pull the pork directly in the baking pan using the all the drippings. Before smoking After 4 hrs smoke. Pulled and served.
