Center support bearing nut and bolt part number?? Help!
one of the bolts and nuts is not OEM, just a nut, few washers, and bolt. I could match the setup from ace hardware or something but is it safe? Could it lead to premature wear of the carrier bearing?
Filled up the tank today, had to drop it to access the bolt I’m trying to get out. Going to be a pain getting it all back together.
This is the inside view of the carrier Bering bracket, that holds the nut. One side of the nut is rounded, whatever genius worked in this before really screwed me over.
Here’s the OEM carrier bearing bolt nut. Cant find these or anything like it. Probably end up stacking washers like the other bolt is.
im assuming as long as the side i have to cut, matches the dimensions of the side that is already rigged, I’ll be okay.
im trying to find the part store part numbers. Autozone orileys etc. my truck is my daily and it’s taken apart in the driveway right now. Trying to get the hardware tomorrow!

yea, those are rough images but it’s about right. That nut retainer is a bit thin for my liking. I was trying to see if anyone knew of any in store parts, I can’t find them on the orileys website or any other in person part store.
I’ll probably go to ace hardware and rig it.
