Funny thing is, the directions are backwards where they specify which bolt is for the driver side and passenger side for row 3.
The old ones were pretty squished but otherwise not as bad as I was expecting.
I was able to remove 4 of the old ones today, and installed the 3 new ones on the passenger side. I literally had to burn the rubber out for the front radiator mount on the passenger side. I'll likely have to do the same on the driver side. The bolt was rust welded to the sleeve that it slides through, so there was no way to get it out without cutting it apart and I couldn't do that until the rubber was out of the way.
Row 2 & 3 bolts thread into the lower cups so once I got them broken loose they came right out with the impact. The upper and lower cups were rusted together though, so it took some persuading to separate them.
I put the same set on mine month or 2 back and thought the same thing. Then looked closer at the directions and it said some are assembled opposite and to put it back how it came. Looks like yours doesn't say that so they must have updated them.
Haven't drove it yet since I put them on. Doing a bunch of other stuff at same time 08 axles and coil spring swap in front. 08 interior. Big job. lol getting close to wrapping it all up though.

My goodness you are ambitious! I just read your build thread, excellent work!
Mine seem to be holding up fine after nearly 247K, but I will be looking into something like this for my project truck I think. I'll be mounting a 76 crewcab onto an 01 chassis. I think I researched and I can utilize the SD cab mounts/ bushings
