Just wondering if there are any places where I can submit an order for a new truck? Local dealer could not yesterday. Don't know when they will be able to. Not sure if that is across the board or not and hoping it is not. Thanks.

 

Go to another dealer. If they really want your business they would tell why they couldn't place the order. As long as the 2024 Super Duty order bank is open there's no excuse.

 

2024 order banks opened up in July and haven't closed yet. There are some models/trims/options that will be produced in more of a limited capacity, so some dealers may have reached their allocation limit on them. What are you wanting to order?

 

I want a 350 lariat trim with the old 6.7 engine and limited slip 3.55 if I can get it. 4 WD and gooseneck hitch. 360 camera, step in tailgate, leather seats if I can get them, carpet with all weather mats, I'd like not to have to lock the hubs and be able to push button 4WD. I want clearance lights and bed lights. I'd like the bed treated with the durable coat stuff .. can't remember what that is. If anyone knows where I can send my build and get it started I'd be very grateful. I live in 37891 area code. I also want FX4 off road NOT tremor. I also need the truck to charge the towed vehicle. My current truck does not despite coming with the "tow" package. I don't know how to ensure it has that capability.

 

You should have no problem ordering that. I don't understand why that dealership said they couldn't.

 

May have something to do with me using friends/family discount ... If you know a dealer that is ordering please list it below. I'm going to try one other that I was talking to a few months ago that are semi-local but I will drive to pick up if need be. I'm in Tennessee and the closest thing I have found that fits what I most want is all the way across the country in Oregon .. I would rather not drive THAT far..lol

 

Update.. I checked with another dealer. He said the books are open and he could take the order but there are 80 ahead of me and he had no idea when I would get the truck.
