Off Road Display - intermittently no steering angle or drive train
On our 2021 F350 we've been having an intermittent issue where the center area of the Off Road Display screen is not showing anything. The Steering Angle and drive train parts of the display are, not lighting up at all sometimes. I've had it at the dealer twice and of course it always works perfect for them.
If you haven't replaced your batteries already, I'd start there. I had some weird gauge cluster issues, mirror issues, running board issues, steering assist fault messages and replacing the batteries fixed it all. Truck is less than 2 years old and has 41k. One battery was low and one was completely bad.
No, I had the dealer document it with my dated photos from multiple occasions and they did see it themselves at some point.
It seems to show up every once and a while but clears up with a restart.
