Cab mounts , position #1 (radiator core support bolts)
Opened up my energy suspension can mounts and it’s clear that the different positions are different sizes, getting thicker the further you go back. Does anyone know the length of the front core support bolts? I cut mine off to get them off. Additionally, instructions show the provided washer on the bottom. When I cut them off, there was a mount retainer (nut welded to the washer and metal sleeve) on the bottom. Any thoughts?
This is what I came up with when I was looking to replace them all. I still have them in a box though. I just measured the bushings themselves. Polyurethane is not near as compressible as the OEM rubber bushings. Example ... those front set stack up to 1-7/16" and adding for nuts, etc ... I figure 3" was enough.
I soon reached a conclusion after shimming just the one over compressed right most rear bushing less than 1/4" between floor and top of bushing metal washer, that since my cab was then dead level, I could post pone my bushing swap.
Well, I’ve got all the bolts loose. Need to make a puller to get the retainers off. LMC sells all the hardware after another glance. I’ll put on the cab mounts first then decide if I’ll need to shim the core support.

I had determined to make a puller, just not using the 3-1/4" ID pipe, but rather two pieces steel welded to a 4" long angle just short enough to fit inside that frame channel. I never did, but I drew a plan I think. The angle straddled the bushing, the two shorter pieces spaced it away from the frame enough to pull them away.

Maybe some clarity? The PDF is more detailed. ND should be able to see the bushing bolt part # (tell him whick one you cut) and he should be able to tell you the specs.

I listed the 382923-S2 bolt and its specs in post #4 .. Pictures of standard (hardware) parts may not show the complete suffix.
I got the complete part number and its specs from the text section of the parts catalog
