AC only blowing out the defrost vent

AC only blowing out the defrost vent
AC started only coming out the defrost vent started for me today. Followed the ideas on other similar posts and found what appears to be a snapped vacuum line in the engine bay.

What is the easiest fix here? Is there a two ended nipple connector that I could just use to reconnect the line?
Anyone know the part number for the line?

I have fixed hard plastic vacuum lines with a piece of rubber vacuum hose that the hard line fits into the rubber one snugly. I heve also used heat shrink tubing meant to seal electrical wiring.
