Turbo Upgrade
We have a 99 (4/98 build date) Ford f250SD with a 7.3 we are getting ready to upgrade the turbo to a 99.5 turbo. But it needs to be rebuilt. Can anyone help me out with a parts list of everything we are going to need....

What part of WV are y’all in? Not too many from our state hanging out in here.
Like Tpayne621 said, everything I read about e99 vs L99- turbo swap says it’s a minimal performance difference. Unless there’s other reasons you’re wanting to do it.

I have my stock turbo with Riffraff billet wheel and waste master wastegate controller I might be coerced to part with.

Will cost a bit but if you have that turbo in hand I'd go full swap to late 99.
