i have an early 99 super duty. i am looking into replacing the turbo in it and was wondering if i could just put a later model pedestal on so i could put on a later model turbo. thanks

 

Unfortunately no, in order to change over to the later turbo setup you have to change it all or nothing. I have included a link so you can get a visual of what you will need but basically it is turbo, up-pipes, pedestal, intake manifold spider, plenums, pedestal bolts, intercooler boots, and intake boot.

You can do a deleted pedestal and outlet on your Early 99 turbo though if you want.

It is a "blank" pedestal that does away with the EBPV.
