F500 brake components?

F500 brake components?
Asked this question here: F500 brake components? - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums (ford-trucks.com)
Figured I'd post it here too if allowed. Any suggestions for booster sources/retrofits are welcome.
Hey everyone, new guy here. I'm not sure of the year of my truck other than it is a 64-66 F500. I can confirm that in a few days, but I'm looking for brake parts. The master cylinder was bone dry when I was looking at the truck before I bought it, and the brake pedal to the floor will kill the engine. Without much diagnosing I figure the booster has multiple leaks, the brake system will need completely gone through, and will be digging into all that here in the next few weeks. The only small problem is sourcing a brake booster! Anyone have any tips on what might interchange?
I also wondered about retrofitting a booster, and I see a lot of dual circuit master cylinder/brake booster kits sold. Is there a kit that I could get that mostly bolts up?
I do not plan to overload the truck and am not opposed to staying with the single cylinder brake system.
Anyone have axle/hub seals, bearing part numbers handy?
Lastly, I have not torn anything apart yet but was wondering if there is a source for relining drums? I searched for a few moments to see if drums were available at all but see they've been unobtainable for years. Or, is there a drum that will work from something else? The truck has 25k miles on it so I bet the drums are perfectly fine, but it would be good to know what my options are in case something pops up with them.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Welcome to FTE.
If you post a picture of your warranty plate, we can see the axle codes. Having the axle ID will make it easier to get seals and bearings.
Brake drums are almost impossible to find. Other brake items can be found through NAPA and other stores, provided you find someone who knows what an F500 is.
You will probably want to service or replace the master cylinder if it's dry--try it, see if it holds fluid I suppose.
The hydro-vac boost can be replaced or rebuilt. You should be able to find a manufacturer name and model number on it.
You might be able to get a rebuild kit for your booster. You will have to confirm you have the same booster mentioned here:

I can't tell if you have tubeless tires, or the dreaded widow maker wheels. A close picture of a front and rear wheel will tell the tale.
There are no retrofit kits for trucks this size. You can make up a system that will work, but it's probably more work than fixing the OEM system.

I think I don’t have widowmakers (RH5o) only because I don’t have 6 handholes in the wheel just 5. Not scientific at all. When the truck is in my shop I’ll be able to get a lot of photos.
EDIT: realized the hand holes don't mean a whole lot. Will definitely update with more photos when I can take them. I'm thinking they are widowmakers. Wheel size numbers are a foreign language to me but I guess I'll have to figure it out.

F50 = F500
J = 223 1V six cylinder engine
H = Lorain Assembly Plant
530757 = 1964 numerical series, May 1964 production
156 = 156 inch wheelbase
M = White
F500 = F500, 15,000 lbs GVWR
181
1 = Light Gray Crush Vinyl & Light Gray Rib Vinyl
81 = 81A Standard Cab.
F = Warner model T98A four speed transmission
32 = 11,000 lb capacity rear axle, 6.50 ratio, possibly a Timken C-100
No front axle code--in '64-'69 only optional front axles were listed. So you probably have a 4,000 to 5,000 lb capacity Ford front axle.
15000 = 15,000 lbs GVWR
114 3600 = 114 certified net HP @ 3600 RPM
45 = Davenport District Sales Office
No special order number--"bought off the lot", from dealer inventory.
The rear axle should have a tag riveted to the housing with model and ratio info. I can't find any info under Timken, but under Rockwell/Meritor, I found this--you should be able to see if this is what you have, especially with the square axle tubes:
