This truck is being offered on our favorite site of fantasy, Facebook. Where the "reality TV" viewers live.

It's not bad.... I don't like those vents in the hood, the rear bumper, the caddy tail lights, and the running board area is sketchy. Other than that it's OK.
edit: why does the hood overhang the grille. One more thing and it might go from not bad to awful.

I don't think it's completely awful but just the odd things about it turn me off. If it was being offered for $10K maybe......... but $38, no way. FB is a fantasy land as much as "reality" TV. I've seen ads on there for trucks that are rusty hulks with stuck engines and they're asking $5K. And then there'll be a dozen poster who state it's a great price. I'd be if this guy has any interested potential buyers he'll be lucky to get $15K for it. Way too much "sketchy" things about this truck. To me it's just plain ugly with the COE cab.
That's not even a real COE cab. Doors are different and the lip on the bottom of the door opening is narrower. Hood doesn't have the same curvature or stampings.
I know, I know, I have too much time on my hands. Just don't feel like working on my truck tonight.

OK, I've changed my mind. It is ugly. You might call it a poor man's cab over but they spent more on that then they would've if they started with a COE.
Any of you guys watch Bad Chad on Youtube? He builds things like this but most of his creations are ugly but he does a decent job of finishing them, that is, the ones he finishes.
