I couldn't get the ad to come up. Probably sold it at that price plus misspelling so bad didn't help.

I think you are right. Whenever I see an ad that's misspelled or mistitled, I tend to think they don't really know what they have, and the lowball offers ensue. NOt frome me per se, but I recognize it as someone is gonna do it.
