OK, after more research I think I have it figured out:
Conventional Series 350, Light Duty, 292 MD V8 - 2V - Dual, Built in April 1964 in San Jose, CA 132M F350 681 F23 132" Wheelbase, Wimbleton White (1964), Model F-350, Conventional Cab, Black Vinal Interior 10000 135 3800 71 10,000 GVW, 135 H.P. @ 3800 RPM
Not sure it's worth putting money into, but its a cool old truck with a concrete pumper installed.
