I too with with a 4" MBRP with the muffler and could not be happier. Bought from Clay at Riffraff many, many years ago and I still like the sound of it. DISCLAIMER: I do NOT monetize my videos. The video below at the 28:45 time stamp mark is a "decent" representation of what it sounds like.
You can hear the MBRP exhaust throughout this video below. Keep in mind the microphone used and the speakers you are using can severely distort or change the sound.
Lastly, the video below was recorded a couple of weeks ago by another FTE'r as we were leaving the gathering. I "think" he has an iPhone, but I don't know for sure. The truck was in 4x4 and "L" gear on the ZF6 transmission.
I have stock exhaust. I bought a muffler delete pipe and an Aeroturbine 3535. Cut the muffler out and put the delete pipe there and put the muffler in between that and the Down pipe. Almost perfect fit, think I trimmed about 3” off the pipe.. Ground one hanger off the old muffler and welded it to one of the muffler clamps which was in the perfect spot. Nice clean setup and it sounds good to me. I personally wouldn’t want it louder.
