What is this tool for,
I just got an old Columbus Shocks rolling cabinet for the garage. Found this Craftsman tool in it. What is it? Thanks

Looks like a chain link breaker or splitter for motorcycle chains etc.

Nut breaker for rusted on or otherwise damaged nuts.

You would have to kink the chain or the chain would already have to be broken to use that tool as a chain breaker.

yup nut buster.
DO NOT use an impact gun with it, ratchet or wrench only.
BTDT. the impact will shatter the little ball inside as soon as it tightens up.
