Need some help IDing panel truck seat

I am a '48-52 guy, don't know anything about the older years.

I have a possible deal on a passenger side panel truck seat. I was told it's a Ford seat but it doesn't look like a '48-52 seat, looks to be older. I would like verification of what it is. Also, I know that panel seats for the '48-52, and even newer panel trucks are extremely hard to find, especially the passenger seat. I would assume the same for the older panels.

This is the seat I'm looking at:

This is the seat used in the '48-52 panels:

Any help will be appreciated.

I wish I could help you, but simply don't know. I'd expect the Ford Barn crowd to be more helpful at 47 and older factory restoration questions. It's pretty quiet in the 47 and older forum...
